alt server support

added configurable support for server, port, and log.cgi location via the registry (per the changes made by avva which were partially integrated). i also changed around a few things in the source.

get the full version for spell check support or the lite version if you dont want the spell check support or reliance on the mfc libs (statically built). and if you want it, get the source

note: you will see the alt server settings in the registry under the livejournal key... sub key settings

server support changed slightly

i made it so that the login dialog gave you the ability to set the server and the port.. it does very little sanity checking, so if you break it you cant connect. for sanity checking it just checks to see if there is a colon... if there is not, then it doesnt set the port. otherwise, it sets the port to the integer conversion of whatever is after the colon. if this doesnt convert cleanly.. you will have issues.

i dont have an "alternate" server to log into.. so this is psuedo-untested. you guys can test it for me.
